Right of withdrawal and return conditions

Voluntary 30-day return right

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Devona grants a voluntary 30-day return right. This means you have a total of 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your statutory rights, particularly the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, are not restricted by this voluntary return right.

To be eligible for a return under the voluntary return right, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or you received the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions and items not eligible for return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.

In addition, certain items cannot be returned under the voluntary return right, particularly perishable goods, custom-made goods, special orders or personalised items.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a particular item.

Sale items and gift cards are excluded from the voluntary return right. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to obtain the item you want. Once the return is accepted, you can buy the new item in a separate purchase.

Statutory right of withdrawal – 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration. This may be sent, for example, by email or post:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and tell you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
